Unfortunately acne is not only faced by teenagers, but it also affects adults and in most cases they are very severe.
Research is yet to find out the main cause for acne.
It doesn't matter if you are suffering from acne, or not. Only thing that matters is that you will follow what I say and make sure you have a good acne control for skin.
Acne Control for Skin 1
Always wash your face twice a day. If you don't you are only going to make your skin more vulnerable to acne and face severe damages.
Acne Control for Skin 2
Never keep touching your face or the infected area. It doesn't matter if you are infected or not, try to keep your hands off your face because if you do so you are only going to be spreading different kinds of bacteria on your face. And this can lead to severe damages.
Acne Control for Skin 3
Drink lots of water everyday. By drinking a minimum of 10 glasses you remove the risk of being attacked by acne or any other careless disease for that matter. The excess water in your system flushes out wasteful toxins in your body.
Acne Control for Skin 4
Avoid eating food with high levels of heat and also stay away from food that is high in sugar. These stuff only increase the tendency of more acne breakouts due to the excess heat it causes inside your system.
